OilTeams Srl was founded in year 2004 in Milan (Italy). From year 2004 to year 2007 OilTeams have developed WellWired, the specialised suite of realtime data management applications for Oil&Gas wells (drilling&production) and HSE&Qweb, a web based software for Management System. During year 2007 Oilteams started providing software and services to clients in the Oil&Gas industry.

OilTeams offer software products, customised software development, technical support, consultancy and training. Fields of expertise include well data management, well engineering, well geology, E&P industrial safety in partnership with Baker Risk.

WellWired A family of specialized applications and services to allow data aggregation, visualisation, transmission, exchange amongst different companies and from/to remote locations, including:

- WellWired.DataServices. OilTeams is an indipendent provider of well data transmission services based https protocol and secure communications and servers. The Data Services are based on the WellWired software modules:

- WellWired.AggreGator: it gathers realtime well data based on the WITS standard from all data acquisition systems of various contractors at rigsite.

- WellWired.Monitor: it displays realtime data reading from the AggreGator database. It can be used in the rigsite network PCs or remotely

- WellWired.RtLink: it transfers data from rig to town. It provides a robust replication of the AggreGator database that can work without supervision even with low bandwidth and unstable connections (such as satellite network links)

- WellWired.WebServices: it is a risgite webservices system that can send realtime well data in XML format, in compliance with the WITSML standard to any WITSML server at rigsite or in town (data centre, corporate servers etc.) (link: work in Progress)

- WellWired.EKD-FL: it is a realtime software application Early Kick Detection (EKD) based on Fuzzy Logic technology (FL) for risk reduction in drilling operations.

- WellWired.SmartAlarm: R&D project, it is an alarm system based on Fuzzy Logic technology that analyses data values, trends, patterns to provide alarms related "symptoms"of well phenomena (washouts, kicks, etc.).

- HSE&Qweb: it is web based software designed to help with the processing of information of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality - Management Systems
